What WiFi speed is needed for best results with your streaming service? 
Our streaming service works best with 100 MBPS or faster. In most cities, high speed WiFi will cost around $65-75.00/month). You can check your current WiFi speed using the free speed tester on our website. We encourage you to run the speed test a few times to get an accurate idea of your WiFi speed. If your download numbers are lower than 50 MBPS, we recommend you upgrade your WiFi to a faster speed. 

How many TVs or devices can I play Live TV on at one time? 
Two connections (Which means only 2 TV’s can be using our Live Streaming Application at one location.) If you have a large household and more TV’s are being used, we offer other connection plans. Please inquire about our Multiple Use Plans. 

What do you get for your monthly subscription? 
You will get your Live TV application, additional applications that will give you access to movies and TV series, access to a built in speed tester, an amazing referral program which could get you months of free service, and access to our soon to be Private Group on Facebook. Our Facebook Group will address many topics and updates, amazing customer service with very quick turnaround and so much more. In addition, with the expansion of our business model, we will soon be offering weekly webinars through Zoom. 

Is there a set up charge for each device? 
There is a minimal fee to preload each 4K Firestick, please inquire with your sales rep for pricing. You will need to buy a 4K Firestick for each TV using our service. (This is a one-time charge to ensure that everything is properly set up before we ship you the preloaded stick). Any updates required to an application or installation of a new application will be available in video form posted to our private group on Facebook. If customers are not on Facebook, we can send them the video files directly to their email which can be downloaded and viewed. 

What equipment do we support? 
We currently support Amazon 4K Firesticks. Older versions that are not 4K will run slow and can cause performance issues. We also can use the brand new 4K Max sticks, which run a little cleaner, but take longer to program. (there may be a small additional charge for that stick set up as more time is required).

Is IPTV and streaming legal? 
Yes. U.S. Law states the following: “It is not illegal to repackage or resell Streaming Services (IPTV). Also, if you are reselling broadcasts that are available online streaming on foreign servers as part of your IPTV packaging, courts have held this would not be a violation of the copyrights law in the US. Sept 21, 2018. Furthermore, as long as you are “streaming” and not “downloading” you should be protected. When people try to download content that is copyright protected, it is considered a violation of the law. We highly encourage people to refrain from doing this. Unfortunately many of the services that are being sold are deemed illegal and are not following the proper guidelines. A lot of people often purchase a service based on price. 

Is your service the cheapest out there? 
We are not the least expensive service out there. However, we make up for it with amazing customer service and free application updates to ensure you are using the best apps available. Because we are so niche oriented, many of our distinguished customers have become personal friends. So in many ways, we are just different and in our opinion much better than our present competition. 

What methods of payment are accepted? 
Currently we accept Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. 

Can you have an account without subscribing to Live TV and just have the movie apps?
No, we do not sell movie apps solely with our service, they are a package deal with Live TV. Can accounts be shared with multiple families or households using different IP addresses. We like to keep our accounts to a maximum of two households as we are only allowed to offer 5 connections max per account. 

How often do the applications require an update?
No timetable, we are dealing with technology, so once an application is improved there is usually an update. But looking over past history, we would say a Movie App updates 1-3 times per year. The Wifi Cable TV app might update once per year. 

Do customers have to manually do the application updates?
The answer is yes. There are quite easy to do, we send out a step by step guide. And to point out, each stick will need that update. So if you have 5 TV’s in your home that are using Firesticks, you will have to update each app of each stick. It sounds time consuming it really isn’t once you get the hang of it. The apps do not update automatically. 

Is it safe to update an app if you are prompted to do so?
We recommend that you speak to your sales rep beforehand before updating any application as some version come with advertisements/commercials. We definitely want you to have a version that is deemed “Ad Free”.

How often are prices increased?
We do our best to stabilize our prices. But with the increase cost of living, prices could at some point increase slightly. If there is a price increase, our customers are grandfathered to the price they pay for 2 years. 

Does IPTV-SS have any control to any of the content for Wifi Cable TV or any of the movie apps?
The answer in short is no. We are basically just resellers. We have no control over what shows or channels are added. With saying that, we are always open to suggestions for stations. We cannot guarantee that station will be added, but we can always submit and place in the suggestion box. As for content of shows or movies, we have no control.

Is every show available on the movie apps?
No not every show is available on the movie apps. Movie and show apps contain most shows, but do not include sporting events, news shows and some specials. Most movies will be added to the cloud as well so you should have access to those as well. Some of the older shows are not available yet, but as technology improves and more storage space is created, those shows we feel will eventually be added. 

Does Real Debrid send out billing notices for your account is due?
No. It is your responsibility to monitor when you sign up for Real Debrid and when next payment is due. Their billing service and customer support is not the greatest. We recommend you set a reminder on your phone for when your next payment will be due.

Is there a limited number of amount of sticks that you can buy for one household?
No, if you have 25 TV’s in your house, you can purchase 25 firesticks. But you are only allowed a maximum of 5 Live TV connections per account. What we care about are the Live Connections, the other apps that we provide to you we don’t worry about, those aren’t really monitored. Most accounts are set up with 2 Live TV connections. We do offer other connection packages at different price points

When watching Live TV on a cell phone or tablet, does this count as a connection?
Yes.

Can you watch Live TV service in a different country?
The answer in short is yes, but we suggest you check that countries streaming policy’s as we recommend using a VPN. The United State is quite liberal with their streaming laws, other countries are more stringent. 

Can you “Gift” a subscription to a friend of family member?
The answer is yes. Signing up for our service makes for a wonderful gift. 

Can you sign up for the “Gold Package” without getting Adult Entertainment?
Yes, as long as you can tell us ahead of time we can omit it for you. Because we update each account manually, if you do not want Adult Entertainment, we would appreciate if you pre-pay 3-6 months in advance. It’s just easier for us to manage your account this way….

Can you change the connection packages once you sign up for an account.
Yes, we have customers who during most of the year use 2 connections, but when Football time comes around, they want to upgrade their package to 4 connections so they can watch 4 games at once. We can definitely accommodate these types of requests. But we will ask that you pay for the entire season up front so we can manage that account to the best of our ability. 

Is a VPN (Virtual Private Network) required for the Streaming Platform? 
The common answer would be no as the streaming laws in the United States are quite liberal. If you are thinking about taking your 4K Firestick overseas, we would suggest it as other countries are more stringent on their streaming laws. We will say that recently, we are getting reports that some Internet Service Providers are messing around with the signals causing some of the applications to buffer. Simply put it is their service as they can do what they wish as they are just trying to monopolize and get customers to purchase their TV services. So what they are doing is not illegal. But one way around this inconvenience is to purchase a VPN as you can run it off your 4K Firestick. One of the brands that we recommend is IP Vanish. (You can purchase a year subscription for $54.00 which will give you endless connections to all your devices) If this problem really escalates, we are already working on a solution for everyone to take part of. How do you fix your Live TV application if you lose sound?
Please refer to your Troubleshooting Guide in the Operations Manual for step by step directions. 

Will IPTV-SS assist with a buyout from a current contract that you are under (Ie: DirectTV or Dish)?
No, but we can provide a layer of support and make some suggestions on how to navigate around a contract. 

Is there a refund policy for unhappy customers?
Not at the moment as we are just the brokers of the service. Once a payment is made, we send that payment to the service providers to process. If a customer is having technical issues we will do our best to accommodate and assist, but if a customer just doesn’t like it, getting a refund is tough. The circumstances really have to be unique and special for us to go to the service provider and see if a refund can be issued.
